It will send us to look for Essence, a force he needs to return to his plane. However, we will not receive any mission in our diary and we will not be able to give him this essence for the moment.
To learn more about him we must kill Arihama after meeting him and visit the second floor of Akra.
To find him in Akra we must use the "Wander Around" option on the second floor until the scene appears, it is not necessary to be at night. (v0.22)

Zyron is first introduced as an antagonist, hired to capture the player character. He can later, under specific circumstances, be recruited to the crew.
The Bounty Hunter
Trigger: After the Kill the Warlord quest is completed, Feraldo will warn you that a 20 million credit bounty has been placed on your head, and that a hunter will come for you soon.
First Confrontation: You will be ambushed by Zyron while exploring Akra. This will trigger a difficult combat encounter. You must defeat him to proceed.
Recruitment
After defeating him on Akra, his recruitment path involves multiple steps.
Second Encounter on Akra:
** Trigger: After your initial fight, you will find Zyron again in the commercial district of Akra's first floor. He will be surprised that you haven't fled the planet.
** Event: He will state that he finds you "interesting" and decides to follow you to ensure you are not lying about your intentions to find who placed the bounty. He will temporarily join the crew as a guest to observe you.
Personality
Zyron is defined by his immense ego and sharp tongue. He believes himself to be the best warrior in the galaxy and is not shy about telling everyone. He frequently insults the player and other crew members, viewing them as incompetent. Despite his abrasive nature, he operates on a strict code of professional honor as a bounty hunter and is intrigued by power, which is why he can be convinced to join your crew after being defeated.

As an Enemy: His initial boss fight on Akra is one of the most challenging in the game. He has high health, powerful attacks, and is resistant to many forms of damage.
As an Ally: If recruited, Zyron is a top-tier combatant. His skills focus on high single-target damage, making him an excellent addition to any combat party.
Fun Scenes & Interactions
On the Spaceship: Once recruited, Zyron can be found in the dormitories. His conversations are filled with his trademark insults and sarcasm. You have dialogue options to either flirt with him (which he will likely mock) or insult him back.
At the University: If you return to the University with him after recruiting him, he will have unique dialogue expressing his disdain for the institution and its students.
