"Hello, MC. Good to see you."

Cicero was a sithyran soldier under Bradley's command. Cicero joined the Sithyryan Militia to help end the Warlords reign of terror. At some point during his time under Bradley's leadership, Cicero was imprisoned to be used as a test subject in Bradley's attempt to a Meta-Sith formula. Cicero stays incarcerated until MC decides to free him and change his fate.

Appearance

Cicero is a blue scaled aquatic sithyryan male with fins on head, arms, and tail. Cicero wears a black loincloth decorated with stones and a sithyryan tribal design.

Personality

Cicero is distant and on guard when first encountered. He wants to get be freed and returned to Sithyra as soon as possible where he will leave your crew.

After rejoining the crew, Cicero is shown to be overprotective of the kids he raises, caring, and bashful. He has a lisp that he is insecure about, but it is possible to change his opinion on it.

Recruitment

Cicero can be recruited several ways. Cicero can be found in his cell in Section 1-E. He can later be freed after defeating Bradley.

If freed from cell and returned to Sithyra:

• 2 days after arriving in Sithyrya return to Seedy Bar.
• Talk to Snake to hire him to search for Cicero. (Requirement: 500 DR)
• MC waits at the bar, then Snake returns to guide the MC to Cicero's home.
• Cicero asks "Why are you so insistent?..." Option "I need warriors for my crew"

• Cicero officially joins the crew after he leave home and the scene transitions back to the ship.

If not freed and chose to do Meta-Sith experiments:

• After going through the Meta-Sith trials on 2 other test subject, the MC will negotiate with Cicero to be the final test subject for the serum.
• He'll request to return to Sithyrya to see his family on last time just in case things go wrong. After arriving on Sithrya, Cicero leaves without telling you how to find him or when he'll be back.
• 2 days later Cicero will still be missing and you'll be prompted to look for him by the Meta-Sith quest.
• Talk to Snake at the Seedy Bar to hire him to search for Cicero. (Requirement: 500 DR)
• MC waits at the bar, then Snake returns to guide the MC to Cicero's home.
• Cicero asks "Why are you so insistent?..." Option "The meta-serum".
• Cicero officially joins the crew after he leave home and the scene transitions back to the ship.

Cicero will not be available for recruitment if the Warlord is defeated before him joining.
